The front office works hard to make sure your needs are met in a timely manner. From scheduling appointments, answering phones, updating your important information, to check-out, they are committed to ensuring you have as pleasant an experience as possible. Our insurance and billing staff are available to assist you with questions regarding a bill or an explanation of benefits. If you need to contact them, call the main number and press 3.

Our referral specialist is responsible for coordinating with your insurance company and the specialist's office any prior authorization or medical records needed to make the referral as smooth as possible for you. You may reach her at option 4 from the main number.

We offer occupational services for local companies, including pre-employment or recertification DOT and non-DOT physicals, drug screens, xrays, and breath alcohol testing. To schedule a drug screen only, press option 5. Other needs may be handled by the front office.

LMSC also operates a CLIA-certified moderate complexity laboratory. We are able to run many diagnostic and therapeutic tests onsite and return the results to the health care provider within minutes.

We also operate a radiology department. Our technician runs digital x-ray equipment, a bone densiometer to check for osteoporosis, a spirometer, and an electrocardiograph.
